Ask and you shall receive -- Habit Tracking is finally here!

Our Habit Tracking feature is a great way to keep track of your client's progress outside of the gym. Afterall, the other 23 hours in the day heavily contribute to client success, and now you'll have visibility into that!

Setting up Habits for your clients is a similar process to programming their workouts.

First, you will head into the client's workout calendar and click on the day you would like to add Habits to. You can achieve this two ways:

  • By clicking the +icon and then 'add habit':

Or

  • By clicking the apple icon:

You'll then have the option to add a Title, Description, and the Habits you want to track for your clients! Along with any directions for each habit:

Here are some examples of how to fill out the Habits tracker for your clients:

You can also link a metric to Habits to easily see their progress tracked in a graph:

Lastly, you will be able to see past history for the Habits as another method to track their progress:

Now that we've added Habits to your client's calendar, let's see what it looks like from their point of view!

Some things to note with the Habit Tracking feature:

  • Tasks (habits) will still count towards the client's compliance rates. (This could add more incentive for clients to complete their habits to keep their rates high!)

  • Tasks cannot be added or saved into your Library at this time.

  • This is a BETA test of our Habits Tracking feature, meaning we are still developing ways to optimize the feature for you and your clients!
