A step by step guide to making sure you get paid

First thing's first. We need to get your TrueCoach connected through Stripe. Sounds like a daunting process but, as promised, we have made it quick and simple for you to do. πŸ’ͺ

1. Click on the Payments Tab on the top left of your screen.

2. Select either Individual or Organization:
​Individual: Provide your social security number.
​Organization: Provide your Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Enter your phone number and email. We will be texting you a confirmation code, so keep your phone handy.

4. From here, you will be prompted to enter some personal details. Once you have completed this, click next.

5. Lastly, you will be able to choose where your Payouts are sent - a checking account or debit card. Once you complete this, you will be taken back to the Payments dashboard. What is the difference between paying out to a bank account vs a debit card?

You have now connected your account through Stripe and are ready to create Products, assign Subscriptions and start getting paid.
