We know taxes aren't the most thrilling topic, but depending on where you live and the services you offer, this may be important to consider. Keep in mind that the team at TrueCoach cannot and will not provide any form of tax advice including what tax rate you should charge your clients.

When you create a new Subscription for a client, you will see the option to add tax on the righthand side, next to your tax total.

If tax is left blank, no sales tax will be applied to the invoices.

If a percentage is entered on this line, that sales tax will be added to every invoice generated from the subscription.

Note: the tax rate must be applied to every subscription you create. We plan to introduce a "global" setting for tax rate soon.
