If your coach set you up with nutrition goals, you can access these from your account at any time. 

On the iOS app, head to Nutrition Goals on your account page. You'll see your daily protein/carbohydrate/fat goals as well as a section to enter any notes or upload any files you'd like.

If you're working on a web browser, just tap the fork/knife icon in the top menu:

To access any Nutrition documents and files from your coach, click on the "i" icon located at the top right of your screen.
