TrueCoach now offers a One-Time Payments feature that allows coaches to charge clients for single, non-recurring services. This feature complements our existing subscription payment options, providing more flexibility in how you manage and monetize your coaching services.

Key Features of One-Time Payments

  1. Simple Setup: Quickly create and manage one-time payment options for your clients.

  2. Seamless Integration with Stripe: Payments are processed through your connected Stripe account, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.

  3. Versatile Usage: Ideal for single-session services, special events, workshops, or any one-time offering.

Getting Started with One-Time Payments

To enable one-time payments, ensure your Stripe account is connected:

  1. Navigate to the Payments section in your TrueCoach dashboard.

  2. Create a Product to be used for your One-Time Payment

  3. Select the One-Time Payments tab.

  4. Select Create Invoice and then choose the Product Plan from the drop-down.

  5. Once you've selected the client and the Product Plan, select Create Invoice to finalize the charge.

Note: If the client does not have a default payment method on file, the coach will need to charge them manually.
