[Client] Changing my Workout Schedule

My coach has assigned workouts on specific days, but what if life gets in the way?

If your coach has enabled the setting for you to change your workout date, you'll be able to adjust the assigned date of your workouts with a couple of taps or clicks.

On the IOS App:

First, tap into the work from the upcoming or past view.

Next, tap the date in the header

Choose the new date for your workout

Tap save and then your workout date will be updated.

On the Web App:

First, tap into the work from the upcoming or past view.

Next, tap the pencil icon next to the date

Choose the new date for your workout

Tap save and then your workout date will be updated

If you do not see the option to edit the workout date, this means your coach has not enabled the setting on their end.
