How to Get Started
Ready to dive into the world of Wearables? Follow these steps to connect and start using them:
Access TrueCoach from Your Web Browser:
Open a web browser and go to app.truecoach.co.
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Client List:
Head over to your client list within the dashboard.
Select the Client:
Choose the client whose Wearables data you want to view.
Access Wearables Data:
Look for the heart watch icon near the bottom of the client's sidebar.
Tap the icon, and if the client has connected a wearable, their data will appear in a convenient pop-up.
