Open TrueCoach in a web browser by heading over to app.truecoach.co and logging in.

Select the profile icon in the top right corner.

Select wearables from the menu

Select add new connection.

This will take you through the Terra connection flow, when you are done you will land back with your graphs loaded.

From the wearables tab select the settings section

See the connected wearables and the option to disconnect or add a new connection.
