In order for your coach to add a subscription to your client profile, you will first need to verify your email address. You can do that by logging into app.truecoach.co on your desktop or mobile browser.


How to verify my email address on a desktop browser?

You can log into app.truecoach.co on your desktop browser.

Once you are logged in on your desktop browser, head over to the account section on the top right-hand side of the page.

From there, click on the arrow next to your name:

Once you are there, you will see a prompt to send a verification email:

Once you click the prompt, you should get a link delivered to your email address in a matter of seconds. Head over to your email inbox, click the link, and your coach will be all good to go to add a subscription for you.


How to verify my email address on a mobile browser?

You can log into app.truecoach.co on your mobile browser.

Once you are logged in on your desktop browser, head over to the profile section on the bottom right-hand side of the page.

Once you're there, click the arrow next to your name:

Scroll down a bit and you will see the prompt to send the verification email to your inbox:
