Go ahead and take the step to verify your email with TrueCoach! By doing so, you will ensure that your email is correct and protected in our system.
Below are the steps:
If you have not received a verification email, log into your TrueCoach Coach account and select Payments. You will see a banner at the top of your page IF your email needs to be verified.
If you need us to resend the email, select "Check out your account settings".
Please note, the verification email will be sent to the email on file and there is an option to resend the email if you did not receive it. Make sure to check your spam folder. Below is an image of the verification email you should receive.
Go ahead and select "verify your email address". Then you are all set!
