The TrueCoach team is aware of the sync issues with the MyFitnessPal integration and is making continued efforts to reach out to the MyFitnessPal Support Team to resolve the following issues:

  • MyFitnessPal and TrueCoach accounts cannot connect with an "Unrecognized email/password" error message

  • Connected MyFitnessPal and TrueCoach accounts are not syncing data

MyFitnessPal recently announced a delay in sync, sluggishness, and partner sync issues and is making larger-scale plans to investigate the root of these operational issues throughout 2021.
