How does Stripe work with TrueCoach?
With Stripe, you can start accepting credit and debit card payments almost instantly. You will have to create a new Stripe account within our platform, we are not able to connect existing Stripe accounts.
Is Stripe secure? Will I be PCI compliant?
Yes! Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. They are also audited by a PCI-certified auditor and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. (This is the highest level of certification available.)

What payment types are supported?
With Stripe, you can charge all major credit or debit cards: including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
You can also accept gift cards and prepaid cards that are one of the above types. You can use Stripe to charge cards of these types from customers anywhere in the world.
What is Stripe’s pricing?
Only get charged when you earn money. No monthly fees, set up fees, or hidden costs!
Credit Card Processing:
U.S Coaches
2.9% + $0.30 per successful credit card transaction
UK Coaches
1.4% + $0.30 per successful credit card transaction
AU Coaches
1.75% + $0.30 per successful credit card transaction
Chargebacks
All accounts are charged a $15 fee for chargebacks
When do I get paid?
Once you’ve made your first charges with TrueCoach Payments, your first payout will be initiated and should post within 7 days. Thereafter, all US-based merchants will receive payouts on a rolling 2-day schedule.
