Payments can fail for a few reasons including:
Attempting to use an outdated or expired credit card.
An actual decline of a valid credit card, this could be for various reasons.
Not to worry! Clients will NOT lose access to the TrueCoach platform if their payment fails or is delinquent. We recommend reaching out to your client as soon as you can about updating their billing information and getting back on track.
Failed payments will be automatically retried up to four times. After the fourth and final attempt, please contact [email protected], and we can attempt to process the payment manually.
Please note: After the final payment attempt on an invoice, no further payment attempts are made until a new payment method is added by you or your client.
