Client Due Dates

Why does it say my clients are past due?

Once you start writing workouts for a client, they get assigned a due date!

This due date is the date of their furthest programmed workout so you can keep track of when your clients need new programming on their workout calendars. πŸ˜‰Β

Editing a client's due date

You can edit your client's due date from their workout calendar. Click on the date in the top left, and it will auto-save once you click the new date.Β

The due date will always revert to the furthest programmed workout unless it is locked.Β

To keep it on a specific date...click the πŸ”’ icon! This is great if a client is traveling or taking a break. You can set it to their return date so you know their calendar can be blank for a certain amount of time.

We'll make sure you know who is due soon on the right side of your Dashboard as well.

Editing the Due Soon threshold

To edit how far in advance you want your clients to show up in your dashboard, head over to Settings > Misc > Dashboard > Due soon threshold > Update dashboard settings.

For example, if I only want to know if a client needs me to write new programming for them three days out, I'd update the threshold to 3 days.
