[Client] Changing Your Password

How to update/change your password from a client account

If you know your current password:

From a web browser, once you've logged in, click on your profile photo in the top right corner.

Then, click on the top line with your name and photo.

From there, click the change password button on the left side of the page under your profile photo.

That will take you to the next page where you can change your password. You do need to know your current password in order to make the switch.

If you don't know your password:

First thing to do is go to TrueCoach and log out.ย

Once you're logged out, click the "Forgot Password" link.

Enter your email address associated with the account and look for the message to reset your password and click that link.ย 

Now that you're logged out, it will take you to a page to enter a new password without needing to know your old one ๐Ÿ‘ย
