Note: Your client may need to update the TrueCoach app on their mobile device to see the new features.

Coaches on the Pro plan or higher can access advanced habit and nutrition tracking features and allow clients to track their nutrition and habits directly in the app. With built-in visualization tools, easily spot trends to help you make informed decisions about your clients health and wellness goals.

How it works:

From the client sidebar, find the apple icon and start by setting goals for your client. Click on 'Goals' then click 'Edit' found on the right hand side of the page.

  • For Energy and Hunger, you’ll use a value between 1 and 10.

  • For Stress, you’ll use a value between 1 and 5.

Don't forget to click 'Save'. The save option will appear on the right side where you initially clicked 'Edit'

Overtime, you and clients will see data progress like macros, weight, energy, sentiment, and share notes. (Data entry is only available to clients in the 'Habit Tracker' section from the TrueCoach App only)

From Clients View:

Clients can access the Habit Tracker directly from the mobile app only. From there, they may enter their daily inputs including: Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat, Weight, Sleep, Steps, Energy, Hunger and Stress all directly from the app!

Input Reference for Energy, Hunger and Stress:
