Now that you've logged into our new TrueCoach by Xplor app as a coach, let's make sure you have your notifications enabled to stay in-the-know with your clients!
When you log into the app for the first time, it will prompt you to choose your notification settings. Make sure you choose "allow":
If you ever need to modify your notification settings, head over to the account icon, and then click 'push notifications':
You will then have the option to modify the push notifications you would like to receive. You can toggle them on or off:
Your Web App notifications must be turned ON in order for them to receive push notifications via your mobile device:
