A guide to messaging your clients on the mobile app TrueCoach by Xplor

You've logged in to TrueCoach by Xplor and now you want to know how to start communicating with your clients; well let's take a look!

Viewing Messages

When you log in to the app if you have any unread messages this will be indicated by a red dot near the message icon at the bottom of the page. You can open your conversation list here.

When you open the messaging tab we will show you all of your conversations here. We will display all conversations by most recent to latest. This will include any group messages that you have started as well.

You will also have the option to view only unread messages. You can filter this with the tab at the top.

Creating a Message

If you are trying to message a client for the first time, you will be able to find them within your message list. Click the search icon near the top of the message tab to search for a specific client. Once you have pulled up their blank message thread you will be able to create your first message to the client!

Keep in mind that although you can reply to group messages within the app you will not be able to create them at this time. You will still need to create those group messages in the web browser for the time being! Check out this article for more information on group messaging.
