So, your clients are ready to start syncing their wearables to TrueCoach but you still have a few questions? Check out this article to review the answers to some FAQs we've received on wearables.

Which wearables are supported?

  • Garmin

  • FitBit

  • Oura

  • Google Fit

  • Polar

  • Apple Health

Which graphs will we show?

  • Sleep (total hours)

  • Resting heart rate (Daily Average)

  • Steps (Total)


Note: Some wearables don’t collect or share all three of those graphs, we will show the ones they do show.

Can clients connect multiple wearables?
Absolutely! We will show any available graphs for each of the wearables they have connected.

What if I am not seeing my most recent data in TrueCoach?

Make sure that you have synced your wearable with the provider app before launching the wearable in TrueCoach. This helps ensure that the most recent data that is available is passed onto TrueCoach.

Keep in mind each provider shares data at different rates and the data syncing is not instantaneous.

Does wearables cost money?
There is no additional cost for wearables. *Note: Wearables is only available for coaches on the Standard and Pro plans at this time*

Where can I connect Apple Health?

Users can connect Apple Health through the TrueCoach iOS app.
