This video will show you how to select multiple workouts to copy/paste or drag/drop!
To select multiple workouts:
Select one workout, then hold the Command or Ctrl key when selecting another workout.
Select one workout, then hold the Shift key when selecting the last workout in the series to select everything in between
Once selected, use the copy/paste tool or drag/drop!
Few things to note...
You CAN copy/paste workouts to another client's calendar or Program
You CAN copy/paste when working in multiple tabs
Workouts will drag/drop or paste in the order they were entered when selected.
