To assign multiple workouts to one day, first locate the ➕ icon at the top of that day on the calendar.
You can either paste a workout, assign workouts from a program, or write a new one!
Once you add the second workout, use the arrows in the top corner of the workout to position it above or below the first. The order that the workouts are listed on the calendar is the order they will appear for your clients, so it may be helpful to title the workouts accordingly. Same thing goes if you're working on a program. 💪
