So, you probably just signed up for the 14-day free trial. Or, you already knew we were meant to work together so you dove right into a paid subscription. 💪
Either way, it is important for you to know what TrueCoach looks like on the client end.
Luckily, we made it possible for you to create a client account with the same email you signed up with!
How to Create Your Client Account:
By clicking the client tab and selecting add client, you can enter your information and select dual client!
Make sure you program some workouts, nutrition plans, or metrics to record for your new client (😉 that's you).
Now you will be able to accept your email invitation and login to the iOS app to have access to YOUR new customer experience!
If you ever want to train with another coach, you can simply transfer the client account to another coach to begin your training!

How to Switch Seamlessly Between Your Accounts:
Now that you have a coach and client account on the same email address, you can toggle back and forth between account types on the web-app.
Note: The iOS app is only for clients. You cannot access your coach account from the iOS app.
If your coach and client accounts are on different emails and would like them merged, send a message to [email protected] with the two email addresses, and we will get that done for you!
From your coach's account
Wherever you are in the app, hover your mouse over the profile icon on the top right of your screen, and you'll see the option to Switch to Client.
From your client account
Head to your profile by clicking that same icon on the top right. Once there, the option to Switch to Trainer Account is displayed in the horizontal bar underneath your age, height, and weight.
