Adjusting your TrueCoach Plan

Can I change my plan at any time? Are there contracts?

We understand that your client count may fluctuate due to a number of circumstances. This is why you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

To do this, on your coach account, click Account > Settings > Plan. Then, Change Plan.

From there, you will have access to plans for up to 50 clients 💪 

Note: If you have over 50 clients please reach out to us at [email protected] for any upgrades or downgrades.

If you are in the middle of a billing cycle or purchased an annual plan, we prorate your new invoice to reflect the change (even if you're on an annual plan)! If the proration is created from a downgrade, we'll put the balance on your account to use towards future invoices.
