Can I change my plan at any time?

We understand that your client count may fluctuate up and down - it's the nature of the business. Never fear - you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

To do this, on your coach account, click Account > Settings > Plan. Then, Change Plan.

If you have over 50 clients currently, simply click on the 'View pricing options' button:

From there, type in the number of clients you will be coaching and you'll be able to select the appropriate plan for you:

IMPORTANT: If you are in the middle of a billing cycle for a monthly or annual plan, your downgrade will be scheduled to take place at your next billing date. You will retain access to your current plan for the duration of your current billing period. If your plans change before the downgrade takes place, you can head back to your plan page and cancel your downgrade and remain on your previous plan.
