We understand that having a fresh influx of client leads is crucial to any successful coaching business. Our new Coach Public Profile feature is here to help with just that! 💪

You will now be able to create a Coach Profile page that highlights key features of your business and allows potential clients to fill out a form with all of their relevant information. If the client would like to be coached by you, you can then transfer them directly to your TrueCoach account and start programing for them without having to manually input their information.

Head over to the Marketing Tab on your side panel and select "Public Profile" to create your page.

Your "Basic Info" section allows you to input your primary business details. Please note your "Business Name" is required, but all other information is optional.

From here, you'll next be able to input your business address:

This information is optional, and you can choose whether or not this is displayed publicly on your profile page:

You will have the option to add images to your public profile here as well! The media gallery can accept up to 10 photos for your profile, and images must be in either .jpg .png or .gif format.

Please note that if you try and upload a file in an incorrect format, or a file that is too large, you will see an error message.

In addition to your basic information, you have the opportunity to add further information about your offerings as a coach!

First section will be your working hours:

You can add as many or as few days as you offer coaching. If you offer the same coaching hours on multiple days, you can use the "duplicate" feature here to save you some time. Just duplicate any day you have set, go back and edit the day and you're good to go!

Next section will be Certifications/Accreditations:

Here you can add as many credits and certs as you'd like. When selecting "Add certification" you will see a drop down of common options, as well as an "other" to add anything you may not see in the existing list.

Finally, you will see Services Offered:

Just like certs, you can add as many services as you'd like.

Publishing/Unpublishing: When you are ready to set your page live, you will select "Publish" in the top right section of your screen. If at any point you would like to remove your live page, simply select "Unpublish" in the same section.

Previewing: The "preview" option will allow you to see what your live profile would look like before publishing it.

Updating: As you are working on your profile, it is important to make sure you save your work along the way. After making any changes, always make sure you click "Update" in the top right section of your screen.

Your profile is now complete! Here is an example of how your page will look:
