This video will show you how to select multiple workouts to copy/paste or drag/drop!

To select multiple workouts:

  • Select one workout, then hold the Command or Ctrl key when selecting another workout.
  • Select one workout, then hold the Shift key when selecting the last workout in the series to select everything in between

Once selected, use the copy/paste tool or drag/drop!

Few things to note...

  • You CAN copy/paste workouts to another client's calendar or Program
  • You CAN copy/paste when working in multiple tabs
  • Workouts will drag/drop or paste in the order they were entered when selected.
