Here is a guide on how to add leads to your client list in Truecoach so you can begin programming!

Head over to your leads section found on the left sidebar and click on client with status showing "Lead" then in profile use drop down bar to select "Active Client"

Next, you'll see the option select "Add to Truecoach" and lastly, choose

Client type > Add Client. You will receive a notification that you have successfully added client to Truecoach.

"Your client slot in Truecoach is at limit or the email is already connected with Truecoach"

That just means you've either reached your client limit and will need to upgrade your subscription or the client already has an existing client account.

Note: This will not affect lead status only when converting them to an active client.
