How to message your Leads

Once a lead has made an inquiry and has been added to your lead dashboard, you are going to want to engage with them as soon as possible.

To do so, you can click into their profile and hit "Message". We have a couple of fast responses you can send to them or you can craft your own message:

Once you have messaged your lead, you can mark them as engaged and await their reply.

Pro tip: Messages you send from your coach profile can not be replied to at this time so be sure to mention to your lead in your message the best way to contact you.
