So you have downloaded the TrueCoach Connect app to your iOS or Android device. Now how do you use it? Great Question 🙌
First things first, let's open the app!
iOS View:
From here click on the pencil in the bottom right-hand corner!
From here we will see that we have an option to message ALL clients. You can choose this if you would like to broadcast a message to every client in your account!
When a client receives a broadcast or group message they won't see who else received the message and they'll be able to respond directly to you if they have any questions.
You can also select specific clients you want to broadcast to by clicking on multiple clients:
OR, you can select a single client and click "message selected client":
Now that we have selected to send a message to a single client, type away and press send!
You can then revisit the conversation from the main screen of the app! 🎉
